RE Castelli VIII Aged Balsamic Condiment, 100ml

Re Castelli VIII condiment brings an extra layer of fruitiness to the rich, intense, sweetness of a quality balsamic with just enough sourness to beautifully balance its flavors. The cooked Lambrusco must is aged in barrels of 4 different types for about 8 years. It can last for up to 10 years due to its sugary content, but like its sister products from Acetaia Castelli, we doubt anyone could resist it for that long. Re Castelli VIII is wonderful with risottos, drizzled over a steak, fresh tomatoes, Mozzarella, and basil in a Caprese salad, or desserts like berries and gelato.
