Our Sicilian DOP Primo Monte Iblei is a superior category olive oil obtained directly from hand-picked olives and solely by mechanical means. The production zone is South-eastern Sicily, Monti Iblei at an altitude of 350-450 meters.

Aspect: Green, cloudy due to natural decantation
Aroma: Balanced fruity with notes of pronounced green tomato, artichoke and aromatic fresh herbs
Taste: Full-bodied, with a bitter and a spicy well balanced note, has hints of artichoke
Suggested Uses: Roasted meats and fish, soups and salads, bruschetta, grilled fish, green and grilled vegetables
