Our red wine vinegar is aged in barrels for 6-9 months, giving it a very rich and intense flavor. Made from 100% Lambrusco grapes, it has a delicately sour flavor and a light, tannic aftertaste. Acidity 7.5% for the 250ml and 8.2% for the 500ml

Density ≥1.02

Shelf Life at least 5 years as the PH and sugary concentration are natural obstacles in bacterial growth.
