Extra Virgin Olive Oil with real garlic. The pride of the Mancino production is the Materia Collection, made with INFUSED oils, obtained by infusing real aromatic herbs and spices in the oil. In short, this artisanal production is an art in which the Mancino family has always distinguished itself.  Each ingredient is cultivated 100% in Italy. 

Mancino's oil mill is set in the peaceful countryside surrounding Gioia del Colle, a town located in the heart of Puglia region, Southern Italy.  The Mancino family live and work there, where their roots are, surrounded by olive groves. Mancino family’s origins span across the centuries. In the past, they used to process olives using traditional stone milling techniques. For over four generations, the Mancino family has nurtured the noble art of olive-growing and olive oil production. Some years ago, modern plants replaced the older processing methods in order to obtain the best quality. The harvesting takes place between mid-October and November and it is mainly done manually to ensure the olives remain whole until the moment of processing. The olives are carefully selected, while still on the tree, and picked up at a specific stage of maturity; this guarantees the correct organoleptic characteristics for a true Extra Virgin Olive Oil (bitterness, pungency, aromatic fresh fragrance) as well as polyphenols content, low level of acidity, etc. The milling is made by cold extraction with a continuous cycle mechanical system. This preserves flavor and aroma while protecting the polyphenols and antioxidants present in the oil.
