In the region of Molise, Chef Francesco Cianciullo, carefully nurtures and works the sourdough base to give it the highest quality of ingredients, digestibility, flavor, and texture. The process takes approximately 72 hours to reach perfection. They are made from recipes handed down from one generation to the next, over centuries. You can taste the beauty of the land and the passion of its people in every bite.
