Fig Balsamic Condiment, 250ml

Fig Balsamic Condiment is an excellent blend of traditional balsamic condiment and ripe figs. From our friends at Acetaia Castelli, this is made from cooked grape must, 20% fig juice, and wine vinegar. It is sweet and the fig flavor is a delightful complement. This is excellent over a salad. For a wonderful appetizer or dessert that is not too sweet, try this with sliced figs and ricotta cheese. It is also delicious on top of gelato, chocolate cake, and other desserts.
