Galantino Premium Medium Fruity Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made with selected olives, typical of the region of Puglia. The medium fruity variety is made of 40% Coratina and 60% Ogliarola olives from the area north of Bari. With a taste that is perfectly balanced, with a medium fruitiness and hints of artichokes and almonds, it is delicious with all the same dishes the stronger flavored Intense Fruity variety compliments, while also being a great product for cooking and frying.
