The fine, thin strands need only a couple of minutes to cook to al dente perfection. They pair beautifully in many Roman dishes including Caccio e Pepe, Amatriciana, and Carbonara, as well as any spaghetti dish your heart desires. Our Maccheroncini pasta is slowly air-dried by the traditional method and may be the best pasta you have ever tasted! Cook time 2-3 minutes.
