Pastry chef, Francesco Cianciullo, carefully nurtures and works the sourdough pastry base to give it the highest quality of ingredients, digestibility, flavor, and texture. The pastry process takes approximately 72 hours to reach perfection. These pastries are filled with apricot preserves from Sicily and you can taste the Sicilian sun in every bite.
