Our Raspberry Balsamic dressing is unlike anything you've ever tasted. The flavor is so delicious, you'll want to use it on everything! Made with simple, all natural ingredients - concentrated grape must, wine vinegar, 5% raspberry juice, and natural flavor. This is excellent over a salad - think of your favorite raspberry vinaigrette and then prepare yourself for an upgrade!  But that's not the only place this dressing shines...pair with game meats or goat cheese. Or try it with pancakes, gelato, yogurt, panna cotta, and chocolate sponge cake.

Fruit-based balsamics are created by blending Acetaia Castelli's "Castelli Balsamic" (always made from the grapes grown in their own vineyards) with real fruit juice. This results in innovative, natural dressings that can elevate the flavor of many dishes. An alternative way to also utilize them is as an ingredient for sauces with a mayonnaise base. Add them to a cocktail for a flavorful non-alcoholic drink! Or, simply add to sparkling water to create a refreshing drink that also works as a digestive, thanks to the acidity of the balsamic.
