Mia Emilia Tagliatelle Amalfitane Egg Pasta, 7mm
Tagliatelle Amalfitane is a beautiful ribbon pasta in between wide pappardelle noodles and narrower tagliatelle. With the width and texture to grip and absorb the flavors, it is delicious with a sauce of fresh tomatoes and olive oil. For even more flavor and a pop of color, mix the colors of tomatoes and mix in some summer vegetables like squash and zucchini with fresh herbs. Tagliatelle Amalfitane is also versatile enough to complement a heartier sauce with meat, or mushrooms. Whichever way you serve it, it is impossible not to taste the artisanal quality of this egg pasta. Cook time 4-6 minutes.
