From our friends at Acetaia Castelli, the flavored balsamic condiments are a blend of cooked grape must and wine vinegar. They are sweet, with a balanced sour note making them ideal for dressings on top of salads, vegetables, meats, and cheeses. This truffle version is particularly delicious with cheeses and meats.
