Mia Emilia Tagliatelle with Lemon, 4mm

Mia Emilia Tagliatelle with Lemon is a fine egg pasta from the producers at La Pasta di Aldo. This brightly lemony, aromatic pasta is made from the same egg pasta recipe as the regular tagliatelle with the added essence of Sicilian lemons. This pasta is excellent in the summer with a chilled white wine. Try it with pasta recipes such as pasta al Simone, with simple recipes using only a little bit of olive oil and lemon with artichokes or asparagus, with summer vegetables like squash and zucchini, or with fish dishes with white wine and capers. Cook time 4-6 minutes.
