Mia Emilia's Tagliatelle with Lemon is a fine egg pasta produced in the Marche region of Italy. This brightly lemony, aromatic pasta is made from the same egg pasta recipe as the regular tagliatelle with the added essence of Sicilian lemons. This pasta is excellent in the summer with a chilled white wine.
